You erred in your answer on two counts:

1. The fact that "Kosovo seems pacified", which I don't think it is (something that is obvious for any one following the news from Yugoslavia), doesn't mean that the Kosovo problem has been solved. The air war is over but its aftermath will stay with us for a long, long time.

2. My question was not if YOU favor an interverntion in the Tamil situation and much less a UN intervention. My question was: When is CLINTON (that is NATO, NOT the UN) going to attack Sri Lanka given the fact that the situation of the Tamil minority there is similar to that of the Albanians in Yugoslavia?
